Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty beginning when received by customer. When returning an item under warranty, simply call our Service Department at 866-944-7136 and an RMA number will be issued to you. Please display the RMA number prominently on the outside of your return package. MonsterAlarm.com may elect to repair or replace faulty products. Repaired products carry the same warranty as new products. If any merchandise is returned outside of the warranty period, MonsterAlarm.com can assist with the merchandise being sent to the manufacturer or service center for repair. All merchandise service, handling or repair outside the warranty period shall be the financial responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

MonsterAlarm.com ships via UPS across the Continental USA, Alaska & Hawaii. MonsterAlarm.com may, on occasion, use alternate carriers as appropriate.
All orders placed from the website are subject to item availability. In the rare cases where an item should become temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted and will be able to opt for either a full refund or select an alternate and equivalent item.
MonsterAlarm.com usually ships same day provided orders are received by 2:00pm Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time.

Returns

MonsterAlarm.com provides a 30-day money back guarantee; simply call our Service Department at 866-944-7136 and a RMA number will be issued. The RMA number must be displayed prominently on the return package. The return the merchandise MUST be in perfect resalable condition including all technical documents within 30-days of the original receipt. Upon receipt of merchandise deemed in perfect resalable order, MonsterAlarm.com will issue a credit to your charge account. All credits will be issued within 15 working days. If you elect, a store credit may be issued and applied for other merchandise.
